At DLVR, my aim to make my refund and returns process clear and straightforward. On this page you’ll find all the information about eligibility, timeframes, and how to request a refund or return. My goal is to make this process simple and fair for all clients.

If you're not truly happy within the first 14 days, I will refund you in full.

Refunds After 14 Days

If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, you may still request a refund, but these requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. To submit a request, please follow the steps below.

Refund & Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund/return after the initial 14 days, you must:

Submit your request and provide valid reasons, such as:

  • Dissatisfaction with the service

  • Inability to access the coaching platform

  • Any service-related issues that were not resolved satisfactorily

There are some things in life we can’t plan for. If your reasons for wanting cancel your coaching plan or putting it on hold don’t meet the eligibility requirements, contact me at info@dlvrpt.com, and I will work with you to provide a solution.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Certain services remain non-refundable, including:

  • Completed at-home personal training sessions

  • Personalised coaching programs customised specifically for you

  • Membership fees for ongoing subscription services

  • Digital products, including eBooks and workout plans, after they have been downloaded

How to Request a Refund/Return

Email info@dlvrpt.com with the subject line:

Refund Request or Return Request, and Your Invoice Number

Include in the email:

  • Your name and contact information

  • A brief description of your reason for the refund/return

  • Any relevant information related to your purchase

Processing Your Refund/Return

Once your request is received, I will:

  • Review it and respond within 3–5 business days (excluding public holidays)

  • If approved, initiate a refund to your original payment method

Changes to Services

I reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any of my goods or services at any time. If the goods or services you have purchased are discontinued, you may be eligible for a full refund/return for those goods or services.
