DLVR PRIORITISES YOUR feedback REGULARLY, conductING weekly check-ins to ensure alignment and address any concerns, adjustments to your training program and healthy eating guide, WHILE providING ONGOING CHAT AND email support to assist YOU with any inquiries you may have.
Can I do a free trial?

Who are THE COACH PLANS for?

IN-PERSON coach plUS plANS Are for adults who are lOCATED within A 30km RADIUS of cairns CITY and may also include those WHO are CONSIDERED a LOW TO higher risk, which is determined through the ONBOARDING process.

Do you provide meal plans?
No. We provide Personalised Healthy Eating Guidance Which includes a full breakdown of the types, amountS of foods and food groups required to meet your recommended daily intake of energy (calories), regarding your age, gender, life stage, activity level and goal.
plus, RECIPE IDEAS AND tips on how to measure, portion, prep, and eat out while keeping on track with your goals.
What is the minimum commitment?
