  • Your monthly report, is provided as a PDF, tracks your progress with key measurements, waist-to-hip ratio, and progress pictures. It helps you see changes over time and stay on track with your training and goals.

  • I prioritise your feedback regularly, conducting weekly check-ins to ensure alignment and address any concerns. I provide adjustments to your training program and healthy eating guide, along with ongoing chat and email support to assist with any inquiries you may have.

  • I currently don’t offer free trials, but if you're not truly satisfied with my services, you can take advantage of my 14-day money-back guarantee and cancel your subscription.

  • If you want flexible online coaching that fits your schedule, the Coach Plans are designed for adults who want personalised training and healthy eating guidance delivered on demand.

    You get a phased personalised training program delivered on demand, at-home or gym modifications, a personalised healthy eating guide, access to my coaching app, weekly check-ins via questionnaire, monthly progress reports, and ongoing chat & email support.

    These plans are suitable for adults considered low risk, determined through the onboarding process. I will happily walk you through the onboarding process, and medical clearance may be required before starting.

  • Personal training, without even leaving your home. Coach Plus Plans are perfect for adults who want hands-on, personalised support, and accountability.

    Each week, you’ll get one 60-minute at-home personal training session. You’ll also receive a phased personalised training program delivered on demand (Meta, Build, or Form) with at-home or gym modifications, a personalised healthy eating guide, access to my coaching app, weekly check-ins via questionnaire, monthly progress reports, and ongoing chat and email support.

    You also have the option to add extra sessions for an additional $60

    These plans are for adults located within a 30km radius of Cairns City and may include those considered low to higher risk. I will happily walk you through the onboarding process, and medical clearance may be required before commencing your plan.

  • No. I provide personalised healthy eating guidance, including a full breakdown of the types, amounts, and food groups and energy needed to meet your daily requirements and goals, plus tips on measuring, prepping, and eating out while staying on track.

    • Any service-related issues that were not resolved satisfactorily

    There are some things in life we can’t plan for. If your reasons for wanting cancel your coaching plan or putting it on hold don’t meet the eligibility requirements, contact me at info@dlvrpt.com, and I will work with you to provide a solution.
